Our volunteers play an important and integral role in sharing the story of Maryborough Customs Precinct and supporting the Bond Store and Customs House.
The main aim of volunteers is to provide excellent customer service and facilitate the enjoyment of visitors to the attraction. Volunteers have been assisting with guest relations, special events, and other activities. Many enjoy the friendship and fun atmosphere volunteering offers them.

Our volunteers are provided with training and support from museums staff to learn new skills and broaden their knowledge. We support our volunteers in educating and entertaining our visitors.
